'The Killer Inside'
The sleeve design for Zerohour Doom & Glamour's debut vinyl release, The Killer Inside. A split 7" vinyl between Miami-based Jackie Ransom, and a collaboration between Sydney's Luster with vocals by German Beta Evers, the music is dark and unsettling, yet beautiful. Zerohour wanted this represented in the artwork, for which we got in touch with our good friend Caitlin Shearer, who under Aaron VIII's art direction came up with this masterpiece. At the same time breathtaking and strangely disturbing, it perfectly represents the sound of the record. 'Platinum Liquor'
Relax — We're beer geeks too. Our client Platinum Liquor were looking for a fun and recognisable cartoon character to be used across advertising, promotional and instore material. Illustration is by cartoonist Rob Hanly, with art direction and digital design by Publicstyle.
'More Bounce To The Ounce'
Zerohour were looking for some customised typography to use on a poster for their event Cold Crush, an electro funk & old school rap club night. They wanted something hand-drawn and graffiti inspired, which also fit within the look of the Cold Crush brand (which we also designed).
